So you want to be a world changer? You've got it! We call it #CrowdSourcingKids and when your efforts are combined with 49 other enterprising young people, you'll be giving clean water to hundreds of people, changing their lives forever! So, here's what you need to do:
Step 1: Click the link below to officially request your fundraising box. (Upstate SC Residents Only) We'll reply with a link to purchase your $20 elephant kit. Once we receive your donation, we'll send you your box!
Step 2: Sell your elephants! Your box is designed to be a ready-made sales display. It includes 10 small elephants which you'll sell for $10 each, and 2 large elephants which you'll sell for $15 each. Promote your elephant sale on social media, through family, at your church, or at school! Be sure to Water of Life and use the hashtag #CrowdSourcingKids!
Step 3: Send the proceeds to Water of Life. When you've sold your elephants, send the order form with money to Water of Life. You should have $130 from the sale of your elephants.
Step 4: Celebrate! You may be young, but you're changing lives. Because of you, a village will have CLEAN WATER! That's huge! We're planning to honor you and the other #CrowdSourcingKids at a special event.
Step 5: Follow your well's progress. You'll get updates and photos from the village where your well is being drilled. Track the progress and share it with your Sunday school class or friends at school. Tell them about how you're helping to change lives with Water of Life!
When we say beyond the well, it’s because
our work truly goes beyond the well,
establishing a ripple effect that is part of our foundational core beliefs.
Providing access to clean water for every human across the globe is a monumental goal, and there are many organizations working to do so.
While each is necessary, Water of Life is very different than most, for five specific core principles we’re committed to protecting on every single project.
